All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation unless otherwise agreed.

Private sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

Punch cards are only valid for public gusa sessions and cannot be used for private bookings.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

No refunds or rescheduling will be offered for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Participation in the sauna and sea immersion is entirely at your own risk.

Guests are responsible for monitoring their own physical condition and must exit the sauna or sea if they feel unwell.

Pregnant individuals are strongly advised not to participate in sauna sessions.

Guests with medical conditions are strongly advised to consult a doctor before participating.

Vestfjarðagusan and its staff are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur during or after participation.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in a disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe manner.

Alcohol or drug use is not permitted before or during sessions.

Please arrive on time – late arrivals may shorten your session.

These Terms and Conditions are in accordance with Icelandic law.
